News reporter Tina has run across an unidentified woman during her search for the sex slavery ring. Even though Mistress Scarlet is in prison, the rest of her organization is still out there. She’s noticed this woman has shown up in security cameras near a couple of the nappers’ old hideouts so she’s followed her here and is staking her out. The burglar, Nyxon, is snooping around with a flashlight and comes across some documents. She is suddenly disturbed by a woman in a mask, one of the nappers! Nyxon throws the papers at the napper, trying to run, but the napper whips a bola at her legs and gets the cat burglar to the ground and handcuffs her. The masked woman enters the room again and tells Nyxon that her ride will be there shortly, but in the meantime she could probably use some warm-up training. She reaches inside and throws a smoke bomb to the floor, making it possible to escape. Tina gets to safety and realizes it’s time for her to serve Justice to the city...
